Each design by Elegance 6 embodies the capability of being reproduced for each customer, retaining the look and feeling of the original. However, your piece will always be uniquely individual, using components just a little bit different. It's your assurance that the glass slipper fits you and only you. All Elegance 6 orders are shipped individually gift boxed.
If for the most unimaginable reason, you and your Elegance 6 creation don't "hit it off" perfectly from day one (or up to 90 days), you are welcome to return it, in tenderly protected packaging, to the address on the Contact Page. Please use Registered, traceable mail or the equivalent, to protect both of us from "lost" items! You do NOT have to give us any reason whatsoever, but a hint about how your purchase would have fit you perfectly would be very appreciated.
On rare occasions, a crimp, twist or hidden component defect may cause an item to fail. These items will always be replaced at no cost to you for up to two years. Please follow the above packaging procedures. Note that an earring that has been stepped on and crushed or run over by a vehicle might not qualify for free replacement.
Paying for your Purchase
We accept any of the Credit Card options offered through the PayPal payment system. You do NOT need an account with PayPal to quickly and easily complete your purchase.
Also accepted are Personal Checks, Money Orders or Wire Transfers. After filling out billing/shipping addresses, a screen will be displayed with bank account or mailing information. Please write this down. An email will also be sent with this info. Order processing continues as soon as deposit verification is made.
Getting Your Order To You
Transfer to Delivery status can be expected within several days to fifteen working days unless a component for an out of stock item cannot be located quickly from our vendors. If a delay is probable, you will be emailed with options to cancel, change your order or hold on tight.
A flat rate shipping charge is maintained at $5.00 for all orders under $50.00, then free USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Express Saver after that. Special shipping available at cost. We cannot always successfully ship to P.O. boxes so please direct us to a valid street address. You may ship to an address different from the billing; you have the option during order completion. We ship primarily by USPS Priority Mail, sometimes substituting FedEx, depending upon the carriers' workloads. As is usually the case, the carrier assumes shipment responsibility with nominal standard insurance. We will add extra insurance, at no charge, for higher priced orders.
